Ingrédients
- 1cup frozen strawberries
- 1cup fresh strawberries
- ½cup vanilla yogurt
- ½teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- pinch sea salt
- ¼cup rice milk
- 2tablespoons chopped walnuts
- 1tablespoon flaked coconut
- ¼cup sliced fresh fruit or berries
Preparation
- 1. Put the frozen strawberries, fresh
- strawberries, yogurt, vanilla extract and sea
- salt with the rice milk into the mixing beaker.
- 2. Blend well by using a gentle up-and-down
- motion until smooth, about 45 seconds.
- 3. Pour into a bowl and top with walnuts,
- coconut and fresh fruit.
- 4. Serve immediately
