A very sweet treat, this tea is a perfect way to end a spicy Thai meal.

Ingrédients
- 2oolong tea bags
- (or two servings loose tea)
- Water
- Ice
- 4ounces sweetened
- condensed milk
Preparation
- 1. Put the tea into a small bowl. Put at least
- 16 ounces of water into your kettle and
- select the Delicate setting. Pour 12
- ounces of the hot water over the tea
- bags and let steep 10 to 15 minutes.
- Strain and cool to room temperature.
- 2. Add 6 ounces of the cooled tea to two
- tall glasses filled with ice. Add 2 ounces
- of the sweetened condensed milk to each
- glass. Stir to combine and serve.
