  • 3 ice cubes
  • ½ ripe banana, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • ½ ripe avocado, pitted, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1 cup rice milk
  • 2 teaspoons honey
  • Pinch ground cinnamon

Preparation

  1. Put all of the ingredients, in the order listed, into the blending cup.Secure the blade assembly.
  2. Blend until smooth, about 45 seconds to 1 minute.
