Ingrédients
- 3 ice cubes
- ½ ripe banana, cut into 1-inch pieces
- ½ ripe avocado, pitted, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1 cup rice milk
- 2 teaspoons honey
- Pinch ground cinnamon
Preparation
- Put all of the ingredients, in the order listed, into the blending cup.Secure the blade assembly.
