Ingrédients
- 1cup nondairy milk or juice
- ½avocado or 1 small banana,
- broken into 4 pieces
- 1teaspoon acai powder
- 1tablespoon coconut oil
- 1cup baby kale
- 2cups frozen wild blueberries
Preparation
- 1. Put all ingredients into blender in the order they
- are listed.
- 2. Blend on High for about 45 seconds.
