Ingrédients

  • 6 pieces corn on the cob cleaned and halved (or frozen)
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • ¼ cup crumbled cotija cheese
  • ¼ chili powder
  • ¼ cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1 lime cut into wedges to taste

Preparation

  1. Pour melted butter over corn and mix.
  2. Fill bowl with cotija cheese and dip corn into bowl
  3. Place on air fryer basket, sprinkle over chili powder and fresh cilantro.Squeeze lime over corn.
  4. Place in air fryer position 2 and cook at 350°F for 10 minutes.Garnish with additional lime and cilantro after cooking if desired.
