3medium pears, peeled, cored and cut into 1-inch cubes

Preparation

    Steam pears until completely fork tender, approximately 10 minutes in a stovetop steamer.
  2. 2. Put the steamed pears into the blender jar.

    Select Low and blend until completely smooth, about 1 minute.
