Ingrédients

  • 1½cups soy, almond or hemp
  • milk (cow’s milk may also be
  • used)
  • ½cup plain or vanilla yogurt,
  • any fat variety
  • 1banana, broken into 4 pieces
  • 2tablespoons protein powder
  • 1tablespoon almond butter
  • 2cups mixed frozen berries

Preparation

  1. 1. Place ingredients in Cuisinart® blender jar in
