Ingrédients
- 1½cups soy, almond or hemp
- milk (cow’s milk may also be
- used)
- ½cup plain or vanilla yogurt,
- any fat variety
- 1banana, broken into 4 pieces
- 2tablespoons protein powder
- 1tablespoon almond butter
- 2cups mixed frozen berries
Preparation
- 1. Place ingredients in Cuisinart® blender jar in
- order listed.
- 2. Blend on High for about 1 minute.
- 3. Serve immediately.
