Ingredients

1 medium banana, cut into 4 pieces 2 cups fresh blueberries 1½ cups nonfat milk ⅔ cup lowfat, plain yogurt 2 tablespoons honey 4 ice cubes

Preparation

Place all the ingredients in the jar of a Cuisinart blender in order listed. Cover and set on Liquefy and blend until smooth and creamy, about 40 seconds.
