Return Policy

Standard Product Returns or Exchanges

  • Returned goods must be received within 30-days of the original shipment date. No refunds or exchanges will be given for goods received more than 30-days from the original shipment date.
  • Returns are processed within 2-3 business days from the time we receive them. For refunds, please allow an additional 2-5 business days for your credit card provider to apply the refund to your credit card. We reserve the right to verify return product information before issuing a return credit or exchange product (i.e., confirming damaged product).
  • Shipping charges are only refundable if Cuisinart caused the shipping mistake.
  • Promotional discounts have no cash value and are not refundable.
  • We are not responsible for any damage that may occur during the return shipment of your order.
  • All products to be returned or exchanged must have their original packaging materials, including any manuals or printed materials.
  • Returned goods must be received in saleable condition to receive a refund or exchange. Credit will not be issued for used or damaged goods.
  • We require the original or a copy of the original invoice for all returns or exchanges.

Damaged or Defective Product Returns or Exchanges

  • If the product arrives damaged or defective, the customer must contact us by email at customer_service@cuisinart.ca or by phone at 1-800-472-7606 to address the product's problem. If an agent cannot resolve the issue over the phone or by email and deems the product defective or requires testing, the customer will be emailed a prepaid return postage. The customer may be required to ship the product back to us with a copy of the invoice using the prepaid return postage within 14 days once issued. In such instances, Cuisinart recommends that appropriate measures are taken to safeguard the product from damage during shipping, as Cuisinart does not warrant a physically damaged product.
  • Cuisinart will cover shipping charges both ways for dead on arrival (DOA) products. Please use standard ground shipping. Cuisinart will only reimburse up to 50% if non-standard shipping is used, such as Express.
  • We require the original or a copy of the original invoice for all returns or exchanges.
