Ingredients:
- 4 Cups (1L) Dark, Semi-Sweet or Dark Chocolate
- 1 cup (250ml) 35% Cream
- 1 cup (250ml) 10% Cream
- 1 Fresh Mint – leaves stipped
- 1 Orange Zest
- Fine Sea Salt pinch
- Cherries, Pineapple, Bananas, Raspberries, Strawberries, Blackberries, Oranges, Grapefruit, Melon, Kiwi Marshmallows, Palmiers, Pound Cake, Macaroons, Shortbread, Gingerbread
Directions:
Heat cream and milk until simmer, incorporate chocolate in batches folding until melted, reduce heat
Combine the creams in Cuisinart Fondue Pot, heat set at 4½, when bubbling
Reduce the heat to Setting 3½, gradually incorporate chocolate into hot cream
Whisking while adding with a plastic or non-stick whisk until creamy and smooth
When the chocolate is completely blended in, add the orange zest and mint leaves
Keep warm using Setting 3 to serve the fondue
