Ingredients
- ¾cup soy sauce
- ¾cup water
- ¼cup sugar
- 11-inch piece fresh ginger
- 1tablespoon sesame oil
- 2teaspoons cornstarch
- ¼ cup cold water
Preparation

Put soy sauce, water, sugar, ginger and sesame oil in a small saucepan. Bring to a boil and then turn down heat to simmer for about 10 minutes. - 2.
Whisk together cornstarch and cold water, and then whisk into simmering sauce to slightly thicken.
