Ingredients
1 recipe simple tomato sauce 1 recipe meatballs 1 pound spaghetti 2 ounces Parmesan cheese, cut into ½ inch cubes
Preparation
Make tomato sauce and roast meatballs. Toss the meatballs with the sauce over medium – low heat, allow to simmer together for 20 to 25 minutes. Cook spaghetti according to package instructions. While spaghetti is cooking, grate the Parmesan cheese by pulsing and then fully processing with the metal chopping blade. Portion the spaghetti into bowls top generously with sauce and meatballs and pass the Parmesan cheese.
