Scoop your gelato in advance and save in the freezer until ready to serve.

Ingredients

  • 4 scoops vanilla gelato
  • 6 ounces hot coffee (brew on the "Bold" setting)

Preparation

  1. Scoop gelato into four individual bowls.
  2. Pour 1½ ounces of the coffee over each scoop of gelato.
  3. Serve immediately.
