Ingredients
- 4large eggs
- ½cup heavy cream
- ½cup whole milk
- 3tablespoons granulated sugar
- 1teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 4slices brioche, cut into thirds
- 1tablespoon powdered sugar
- warm maple syrup, for serving
Preparation
- 1. In a shallow baking dish, whisk the eggs, heavy cream, milk, sugar,
- and cinnamon. Dip both sides of the brioche in the batter, and place
- in the basket. Put the basket in the AirFryer. Select AirFry, and set the
- time to 10 minutes and the temperature to 320°F. Press Start/Stop.
- 2. When ready, dust the sticks with powdered sugar and serve
- immediately with the maple syrup.
