Ingredients

  • 1cup pineapple juice
  • 1small lime, peeled (white pith removed) seeded and quartered
  • ¹∕³cup packed fresh mint leaves
  • 2teaspoons honey
  • 3cups fresh pineapple, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 3cups frozen mixed berries

Preparation

  1. Put all of the ingredients, in the order listed, into the blender jar. Secure lid.
  2. Select Fruit Smoothie function and press Start.
  3. Serve immediately.
