      Green Peach Smoothie

      Ingredients:
      • 1 cup cashew milk
      • 1 cup frozen peaches
      • 1 banana
      • 1/4 cup rolled oats
      • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
      • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
      • 1 table spoon spirulina powder
      Instructions:

      Blend everything together using smoothie function on your blender and enjoy!

      Green Peach Smoothie

      Warm Winter Smoothie

      Servings: 1
      Ingredients:
      • 1 cup nut milk of your choice, cashew nut milk was used in this recipe
      • 1 tablespoon of almond butter
      • 1 tablespoon of honey or maple syrup
      • 1/2 cup rolled oats
      • 2 tablespoon of cocoa powder
      • Toasted coconut flakes
      • Chocolate covered goji berries
      Instructions:

      Soak oats with milk overnight or at least for few hours. Blend soaked oats with cocoa powder using smoothie function on your blender. Transfer the smoothie into a small sauce pan and warm up for few minutes. This step is optional - warming the smoothie makes a perfect winter breakfast, but it will taste great regardless. Once done, transfer to small bowl and top with coconut flakes, goji berries, almond butter and honey or maple syrup. Dig in and enjoy!

      Sweet Potato Carrot Soup

      Ingredients:
      • 1 inch fresh ginger
      • 2 large sweet potatoes
      • 3 large carrots
      • 2 garlic cloves
      • 1 can (400mL) of coconut cream + 2 cups of water
      • Salt + pepper to taste
      • 1 tablespoon coconut oil
      • 1/4 cup cashews
      • 1 Lime
      • Parsley
      • Chilli pepper
      Instructions:

      Preheat oven for 400 degrees. Peel sweet potatoes, carrots and cut into small cubes. Peel garlic cloves. Add salt and pepper, tablespoon of coconut oil and roast sweet potatoes, carrots and garlic for 35-40 minutes.

      While the veggies are roasting, peel and roughly chop ginger, and then prepare you garnish toppings - thinly slice lime, chilli pepper, chop cashews and parsley.

      Once the veggies are roasted and soft, add to blender with canned coconut cream (reserve few tablespoons of coconut cream for garnish), 2 cups of water and ginger. Use soup function on your blender to blend into creamy consistency. Add more water if you like your soups thinner.

      Once you reached your desired consistency, taste and add salt if needed. Garnish with the toppings you prepared - lime, chopped parsley, cashews, lime slices, chilli pepper and tablespoon of coconut cream and enjoy.

      Sweet Potato Carrot Soup

      Coconut Carrot Turmeric Soup

      Servings: 4
      Ingredients:
      • 3 Tbsp olive oil
      • 1 medium onion diced
      • 5 cups peeled & sliced carrots
      • 2 cloves garlic finely chopped
      • 1 piece of thumb sized fresh ginger peeled and chopped finely
      • 1 tsp of ground turmeric
      • 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
      • Salt and pepper to taste
      • 4 cups vegetable broth
      • 1 canned coconut milk (save 2 tsp for topping at the end)

      For garnish: fresh oregano, toasted pumpkin seeds, hemp hearts and 2 tsp of canned coconut milk.
      Instructions:
      1. Heat olive oil over medium heat in a large pot.
      2. Add in carrots, onion and cook until softened. Approx. 10 minutes.
      3. Add in garlic, ginger, turmeric, nutmeg, salt and pepper to taste. Mix well together.
      4. Turn up heat and add in the vegetable broth.
      5. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for about 20 minutes.
      6. Remove from stove and add in one canned coconut milk (Approx. 8 ounces)
      7. Carefully add mixture to your Cuisinart Hurricane Pro 3.5 Peak HP Blender in batches to blend. Be careful with hot liquids when blending and let some steam escape.
      8. Serve in bowls and garnish with fresh oregano, toasted pumpkin seeds, sprinkle of hemp hearts and 2 tsp of leftover canned coconut milk.
      9. Serve warm and enjoy!
      Coconut Carrot Turmeric Soup

      Kale-icious Smoothie

      Servings: 2
      Ingredients:
      • 1/2 cup (125ml) skim or almond milk
      • 1 cup (250ml) Greek yogurt
      • 2 cups (500ml) fresh kale trimmed and rinsed
      • 1 apple, rinsed, cored and quartered
      • 1 banana, peeled and cut into 2-inch (5cm) pieces
      • 2 tbsp. (30ml) clover honey
      • 1 tsp (5ml) pure vanilla extract
      • 1 tbsp. (15ml) chia seeds
      • 1 tbsp. (15ml) flax seeds
      • 1/2 tsp (2ml) ground cinnamon
      • 2 cups (500ml) ice cubes
      Instructions:

      Put all of the ingredients, in the order listed, into the Hurricane Pro 3.5 Peak HP Blender jar. Secure lid.

      Select Green Smoothie function, adjust time to 45 seconds and press Start.

      Serve immediately
