Ingrédients

3cups extra virgin olive oil8garlic cloves4cups sun-dried tomatoes (packed in oil; drained)1½cups fresh basil leaves¼teaspoon freshly ground black pepper1∕3cup grated Pecorino Romano¾teaspoon sea salt3tablespoons white vinegar

Preparation

Put all ingredients, in the order listed, into the jar of your Cuisinart® PowerEdge® 1000 Watt Blender. Run on High for 2½ minutes or until desired consistency is achieved. Adjust seasonings to taste and serve.
