Ingrédients
- 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
- 10 garlic cloves, 8 sliced and 2 chopped, divided
- 1tablespoon dry white wine
- ¾ teaspoon kosher salt, divided
- ¼ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 5 tablespoons unsalted butter, cut into 1-inch pieces
- ¼ cup fresh parsley leaves, chopped
Preparation
- In a large bowl or resealable bag, combine cleaned shrimp, olive oil, sliced garlic, wine, ½ teaspoon of the salt and pepper.
- Refrigerate and allow to marinate for no more than 30 minutes.
- Put the marinated shrimp onto the tray inside the steamer.
Secure lid. - Select Seafood, set timer for 7 minutes 30 seconds and
press Start. - Once timer expires, transfer shrimp to a bowl. Toss with
remaining salt, butter and chopped parsley and garlic.
Serve immediately, over pasta if desired.
