Ingrédients
¼ cup sugar¼ water1 cup cherries, pitted2 ripe peaches2 teaspoons lemon juice, divided½ cup whole milk yogurt, vanilla or plain
Preparation
1. Combine sugar and water in a small saucepan. Set over medium-low heat and cook until sugar has dissolved. Remove from heat and let cool. 2. Halve each peach and discard the pits. Place three of the halves in the jar of a blender with 1 to 2 tablespoons of the simple syrup (depending on how sweet your peaches are) and 1 teaspoon of lemon juice. Pulse until mostly smooth. Pour into a small bowl. Cut the remaining half into small pieces and add to the puree.3. Add the pitted cherries to the blender jar with 1 to 2 tablespoons of the simple syrup (depending on how sweet your cherries are) and 1 teaspoon of lemon juice. Pulse until mostly smooth with some texture.4. Alternately spoon the yogurt and the peach and cherry purees into each ice pop mold. Use a skewer to create a fun swirl effect. Place the Ice Pop Set into the freezer until completely frozen. Enjoy on a stick or directly out of the mold.(Note: If using popsicle sticks, wait an hour or two for the mixture to set so your sticks don’t sink to the bottom.)
