Ingrédients
- 12 ounces (¾ pound) ground beef
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped onion
- 1 to 2 pinches kosher salt
- 1 to 2 pinches freshly ground black pepper
- Sliced or shredded Cheddar (optional)
- 6 slider buns (either purchased or prepared from recipe at the right)
- Lettuce
- Plum tomato slices
Preparation
- Put the ground beef, onion, salt, and black pepper into a shallow mixing bowl.
- Using your hands, gently mix. Divide into 6 equal portions, and then form into patties.
- Select Broil, and set the time to 4 minutes and the temperature to 400°F. Press Start/Stop. Once preheated, carefully place the patties into the basket. Put the basket in the Air Fryer, and cook for 3 minutes for medium rare, or 4 minutes for medium. To make cheeseburger sliders, place a little Cheddar on top of each burger 1 minute before the end of cooking time.
- To serve, place in slider buns, and top with the lettuce and tomato, and any additional desired toppings.
