Ingredients

  • 1¼cups heavy cream, chilled
  • 2tablespoons confectioners’ sugar
  • 1½teaspoons pure vanilla extract

Preparation

  1. 1. Put all ingredients in an extra-large bowl.
  2. 2. Use the whisk attachment to whip, being sure
  3. the whisk is below the surface of the cream.
  4. 3. Continue whisking until cream begins to
  5. thicken; move whisk throughout the bowl
  6. until desired stiffness is achieved. Whipped
  7. cream will reach soft peaks between 50 to 60
  8. seconds.
