Ingredients

½cup plain lowfat yogurt2tablespoons chopped parsley½garlic clove, finely chopped ½tablespoon extra virgin olive oil½teaspoon finely chopped lemon zest½tablespoon lemon juice1teaspoon dill weed¼teaspoon kosher salt

Preparation

Place all ingredients in small bowl and stir with whisk until smooth. Let stand for 30 minutes before serving to allow flavors to blend. If not serving following resting, cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
