Nashville Hot Chicken

Ingredients
- 2 pounds chicken winglets and drumettes
- ¼ cup Cuisinart Nashville Hot Seasoning
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
Preparation
- Pre-heat Cuisinart pellet grill to 300°F.
- If wings and drums are connected, separate at the joint using a knife.
- In a large bowl toss chicken wings with Nashville Hot seasoning and vegetable oil.
- Make sure wings are completely coated in Nashville Hot Seasoning.
- Spread wings out evenly across grill top and smoke for 1-2 hours, flipping after first 30 minutes.
- Cook to internal temperature of 165°F.
- Rub will darken with cooking and chicken skin should be crispy.
- Serve with lemon or drizzle with honey.
