Ingredients
- 4 slices of white bread
-
2 slices sharp Cheddar cheese, about 2 ounces
-
1 medium tomato, thickly sliced
-
2 slices Swiss cheese, about 2 ounces
- Olive oil, for spraying
Preparation
- Place the Air Fryer Basket onto the Baking/Drip Pan. Reserve.
- Lay the four slices of bread on a clean work surface. Place one slice of Cheddar on top of two of the slices, evenly divide the tomato slices on top of the cheese, and then finish with the Swiss, one slice on each. Top with the other slices of bread. Evenly and liberally coat the outer sides of the bread with olive oil. Transfer to the prepared basket.
- AirFry in the upper position with the temperature set to 350°F for 10 minutes. Air Fry until the tops are evenly browned, about 6 minutes, and then very carefully flip to brown the opposite side, another 2 minutes.
- Remove from the Air Fryer and allow to rest for 1 to 2 minutes to cool slightly before slicing and serving.
