Ingredients
- Nonstick cooking spray
- 16 cups popped popcorn
- 17-ounce jar marshmallow crème, warmed to a pourable consistency
- 1 cup milk chocolate chips, melted
- 2 sheets graham crackers, finely crushed
Preparation
- Spray a baking sheet and a large mixing bowl with the nonstick spray.
- Add the popcorn to the bowl. Pour the marshmallow crème over the popcorn and gently mix with a nonstick spatula until evenly coated. Spread the popcorn on the prepared baking sheet and bake, tossing once, until dry and golden-brown in spots, 10 to 12 minutes. Transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
- Pour the chocolate over the cooled popcorn; gently toss to coat.
- Working quickly before the chocolate cools and sets, sprinkle the graham crackers over the popcorn; toss to coat well. Transfer to the freezer for 5 minutes to set. When the chocolate is firm, remove from the freezer and serve immediately.
