- Freshly brewed coffee
- 1 tablespoon of butter
- 1 teaspoon of MCT oil
Using a blender, blend coffee with 1 tablespoon of butter (ideally grass-fed) and 1 teaspoon of MCT oil for about 30 seconds until nice and frothy.
