The immersion blender easily handles tasks such as pureeing soups, blending smoothies or de-clumping sauces. Simply place ingredients in the clear, 16oz measuring/mixing beaker and push the easy to use on/off button. Want to blend right into your saucepan or stockpot? Not a problem! The three-foot cord allows you to plug the unit into an outlet and puree your soups right on the stove... the ultimate convenience.
