A 2005 Household Equipment Survey done by Synovate Canada shows that open stock pieces represent 52% of cookware purchases vs. Sets at 37%, and that skillets are the most popular open stock pieces with a 57% share of this market. Cuisinart already has a number of non-stick skillets on the market, and will introduce a 24cm and a 30cm Stainless Steel Skillet this fall to compliment this line of professional skillets.
