This coffee maker is absolutely idiot-proof and makes great coffee every morning. For these reasons alone, I would contemplate marrying it, if not for the fact that my current husband is the one who usually gets up and makes the coffee for me. If I ever figure out how to program this (and it does look simple enough....), his days may be numbered.
The Griddle is great for making hassle free pancakes and french toast. Nothing burns and there is no need for butter, as the griddler has a non-stick surface.
I also enjoy grilling vegetables using the grill component. The vegetables taste great. The only think that one needs to take into consideration is that when grilling, there is splattering, so you need a good amount a space to avoid splatters on the floor.
The griddler is very easy to clean, and is fun to use!
This is my first time using a bread maker and I really enjoy it. It is much easier and faster than I thought it would be. I like the styling of this product , it is very modern looking and fairly light considering its size. However, there could be storing issues given that it is so big.
Operating the bread maker
I found the machine easy to use. The only part I had trouble with a couple of times was snapping the bread pan into place. I also noticed the pan shifting during the kneading phase and after examining the pan I saw that one of the side clips was worn down which allowed the pan to move somewhat.
I like the delay feature – it is nice to get up to a hot fresh loaf not to mention a great aroma. I also really like the jam feature – a nice bonus. I personally would not make any of the gluten-free recipes but it a great feature for someone who would.
Instant deli-style paninis!
The two different options -- griddler and grill/panini -- make this a really versatile counter-top tool. Last week I grilled portobello mushrooms in five minutes, where in the past I would have had to fire up the BBQ. Not so appealing in the middle of a Montreal winter!
Our most frequent use of the Griddler has been for grilled sandwiches. Add a little cheese to any sandwich, throw it on for a few minutes, and you've transformed the normally hum-drum sandwich into something warm and delicious!
Pancakes were also much fluffier on the grill, and the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th batches weren't burnt, like they are in my skillet!
Although not at all related to performance, the Griddler is so attractive that I have made space on my counter to display it permanently!
Just make sure you clean the grills well between each use -- any residue will smell and smoke!
I love my slow cooker. I tried several others prior to this one and they all came to a boil even on the lowest setting - I have never had any problems with my Cuisinart one. It is so simple to use and I definitely love coming home to a cooked meal. I use it for everything from soups, stews and pot roasts but my absolute favorite is for baby back ribs. Just cut up your ribs (into 2 or 3) and slather on the BBQ sauce and leave in for about 8 hours. I usually then put them on the BBQ for 5 minutes just to brown them. Fall off the bone good.
The Griddler is every multi-tasking mom's multi-tasking helper! From grilling meats and vegetables to making pancakes and grilled sandwiches, the Griddler does it all. It cleans up easily, and the interchangeable grills are easy to get in and out. I usually use mine on my stove top so I can turn on my exhaust fan for venting any fumes. Make sure to let the Griddler preheat thoroughly for the very best results, and golden fluffy pancakes every time.
Cuisinart Green Gourmet Hard Anodized Nonstick Cookware I love my 10” skillet. It is just the right size for omelet’s and I use it a lot for frying up vegetables like mushrooms, peppers and onions. It doesn’t need any oil or butter to stop things from sticking, but I often add some just for flavour. It is very sturdy and well made, not flimsy like so many fry pans. I am very happy it is free from PTFE and PFOA substances often used in non-stick cookware. My old Teflon pans coating scrapped off and it really worried me about it getting in my food. The only thing I didn’t like was when my daughter was cooking an egg and got some on the outside of the pan which is rough in texture. It cooked on, and even with scrubbing it was difficult to remove.

As Executive Chef of the leading frozen organic baby food company in Canada and author of the soon to be published "Gourmet Baby Food Cookbook, I constantly rely on two ingredients; first are the foodstuffs themselves, the second, and just as important as quality food is equipment. Cusinarts Stand Mixer has been a welcome addition to my culinary artilary, from whipping egg whites for my signature dessert "Cheesecake Souffle" to my "whipped turnip and parsnip puree", the Stand mixer does it all. The greatest benefit for someone like me who moves a million miles a second in the kitchen is to have the built in timer...
WHAT A BLESSING, thank you Cuisinart!

The quality, design, and workmanship is beyond anything I ever imagined. I didn't even know a machine like this existed, until I said to my husband that there should be a machine that you can buy, that does the work of the big commercial ones, but small enough to be in your kitchen. And there it was, the Cuisinart! I have arthritis in my hands, and I love making bread, buns and good old perogies, and this machine has saved me so much time and pain. I also work full time, so anything that I can cut corners on saving time, I will. This machine is a life saver. Keep up the good work.
