The Nut grinder is so fast and simple to rinse/clean that I use it every couple of days so that the ground nuts/seed does not go rancid. Besides the ease of use the bonus is that you can use the metal container in which you grind, to store the seeds. The container comes with its own storage lid, ultra cool and convenient.

It is also fantastic for baking and easily chops whole walnuts/pecans/brazil/almonds and does a great job on grinding oatmeal. I also find myself buying lot more whole spice seeds (coriander, cumin) and grind them fresh when I cook. It really is true when they say there is a lot more flavor in your spices when they are freshly ground.

The true test of strength for the product to me was to see it hack/grind nutmeg. Those suckers are tough and I don't know how many times I have cut myself using the small graters to sprinkle my hot chocolate with fresh nutmeg - impressive.
