    Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent Machine! Bought this a few months ago after the Keurig died and have not been disappointed. Yes, it takes longer to brew, but it and never explodes the coffee pods from excess pressure like the other brand did. Very happy with this and our programmable kettle. Great products!

    Rated 2 out of 5 by from Disappoined I bought this because I previously had the S700C model which lasted for a few years and loved it!! Our machine at work stopped working, it was a keurig brand, and I tried to find another of the 700 machines but couldn't. This model had just come out so I was excited that I could remain with the Cuisinart brand. However, it is very slow compared to the other machines I have used, and now after trying to De-scale two times now, the De-scale notification won't go away, and making a coffee is even slower. It spits and sputters very hot water everywhere, I'm constantly wiping down the machine, my counter, and the sides of the cupboard. The only reason I gave a 2 was because of my previous experience with this brand. Hoping they do a recall and restore my faith in Cuisinart.

    Rated 1 out of 5 by from Extremely Disappointed I recently purchased the SS-10C through Bed Bath & Beyond since my SS700C had recently stopped working (I had this unit for almost six years). Upon setting it up tried to make a cup of coffee and it blew the pod apart, then another and another. Therefore, I returned the SS-10C. I did manage to find a SS700C online and purchased it. Please bring back the SS700C as it was the BEST!!! Also, I have many other Cuisinart products that I am extremely happy with.

    Rated 1 out of 5 by from Very Disappointed I had the previous model and after only 18 months it stopped working, Made arrangements to get it the Vaughn Service Center, which was not easy from Hamilton. They replaced it with the new model - so far so good. Took it home, unpacked and set up and IT DOESN'T work - to won't take the water into the machine. It just says not ready add water. So DISAPPOINTED and I am sure we'll have to go all the way back to Vaughn to sort it out. So far it looks like an expensive piece of junk to me.

    Rated 1 out of 5 by from not good i had the older version of this model and loved it, but after 5 years it bit the dust, i seen and wanted this new version, after talking with customer service at cuisinart i was told costco and bed bath and beyond have this model now in stock, went to kitchener to buy came home was so excited to set up and use it , I WAS SO DISAPPOINTED, i returned the coffer maker the next day the machine took 2.05 minutes to make a coffee. now i don't no if this machine was defective or maybe all the new models are like that for 229.00 plus taxes, the machine did not perform as i would expect an expensive machine to. it made noises as it was loading up the water and it made more noise while making the coffee, the machine looked very cheap compared to the last model which is now discontinued i don't think this model should be sold for 229.00 should be more like 59.00 very disappointed, i like cuisinart products and i loved my LAST single cup coffee machine but but maybe i got a dud don't know

    i purchased this machine and it is not making hot coffee, luke warm at best. What would the issue be?

    J'ai une Cuisinart série ss 700c (Keurig) et il n'y a plus d'Infusion. L'eau ne circule plus. j'ai essayé différentes solutions proposées sur internet et aucune ne fonctionne. Pouvez-vous m'aider à résoudre le problème.
