    Rated 5 out of 5 by from Très bonne cafetière - durable aussi C'est notre deuxième cafetière de ce modèle. La première à durer environ 10 ans ce qui est bien. J'utilise de l'eau filtrée, des filtres en papier (et non le filtre métallique fourni) et j'utilise toujours le réglage 1-4 tasses pour un café chaud. Je n'utilise pas l'horloge ni la programmation donc pas de commentaire sur ces fonctions. C'est un produit dont je suis très satisfait.

    Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best Coffee Maker We bought this coffee maker over 11 years ago, have made thousands of pots of coffee, sometimes 2 or 3 in same evening. We've have never had a minutes' trouble with it. It has just started leaking a bit from the bottom, looks like some corrosion and rust, so I'm going out this week to buy another. I think after 11 years, I think it's time. We've never had a coffee maker last this long, and still make delicious coffee. I'm hoping the next one is as good!

If not, can I refund it for one of your other products that are BPA free? Please advise which auto drip coffee makers are BPA free?

    Rated 5 out of 5 by from We've had this coffee maker for 7+ years and brewed a couple thousand pots of coffee with it. Over the past few months the auto-off feature stopped working (can't start brewing while the dial is on auto-off) and the self clean light started coming on (followed instructions to clean but the light returned after a few days). Looks like it's on the way out and I'm worried about accidentally leaving it on now that auto-off isn't functioning. We're so happy with our experience with this coffee maker that I'm deciding between purchasing the exact same model again or a very similar Cuisinart model. Great coffee maker.

Sadly, after a few days of quirky behaviour, today it died. We know so many people that have had this coffee maker for years as well. I would definitely recommend it.

    Rated 5 out of 5 by from It's worked for 10 years without a hiccup!! This has been part of the family since 2004 and keeps going strong. Speed time to brew and temp is always great. We pass the updated version at Costco all the time but never need to upgrade. Plus seeing the model in certain sitcoms makes us laugh.

    Keeps flashing self clean after several cleanings, following instructions. Carafe no longer fills up, stops about 2/3 full. Help?

    I just purchased (less then 2 months ago) the cuisinart brew central dcc-1200c and this morning when I turned it on nothing happened. Needless to say I almost cried- because my morning coffee means the world to me!! Any ideas why this may be happening?

    My DCC-1200 has started leaking from the base. I expected that I may be able to find out where the leak is by opening the base and checking it out. To my dismay you have used a socket hex security screw! Why? I don't have the security bit required.
